My name is Musonda M. Kambikambi and I am an aspiring Human Resource Maverick.
Up until I started my first job, I didn’t know much about Human Resource. I had double majored in philosophy and psychology for my first degree, thus when I was given an opportunity to join this world I was a bit apprehensive but I figured it would somewhat marry well with my background in human thought and behaviorism.
Since then I’ve developed an insatiable curiosity and inquisitiveness about this illustrious profession that has lead me to actually pursue my Masters of Science in Human Resource Management. True to my philosophical foundations, it has also lead to question the various suppositions made in this field, as Socrates said “The unexamined life is not worth living.”
Thus, join me to reflect and speculate on various themes, hypotheses and presumptions postulated in the field of Human Resource Management.
